Who is the baby spa for?
For the visit to the baby spa it is important that the baby is at least 6 weeks old, has grown over the birth weight and the navel is completely dried. If the baby was born premature or dysmature, you can use the weight of at least 3 kilograms plus the conditions mentioned above. The age limit of 12 months old is there for practical reasons: from a certain point on, babies become too old, which means they fit less well in the bath and are more likely to start playing and therefore relax less well. We also look at length and weight and use a limit of 80 cm and 10 kg. For practical and safety reasons, the baby massage can be booked up to crawling age (approximately 7 months old). During regular sessions, a maximum of 2 adults are allowed per baby (minimum age 16 years). During private sessions, this may be 4 adults. Please note: Our concept has been specially developed for babies in their first year of life, with a quiet and intimate atmosphere that is tailored to their experience. To keep this experience optimal, it is not allowed to bring older brothers or sisters. We hope for your understanding and thank you for respecting this plan.

When is the baby spa not a good idea?
If your baby has one or more of the contraindications, we ask you to postpone the session. If in doubt, consult a doctor. * Increased temperature or fever * Flu/RS virus * First 48 hours after vaccinations * Acute infections * Heart problems * High blood pressure * Serious vascular diseases * Infectious diseases * Open wound * Contagious skin irritations * Cancer/leukemia * Antibiotics * Anti-inflammatory drugs * Hip abnormality * Recovery period after surgery * Swollen lymph nodes * Internal bleeding * Diarrhea

What should I bring?
The sessions include the use of: * Swim diaper & swimming trunks * Floating ring BPA free and safe according to the European standard * 100% Natural massage oil * Towels (Hypoallergenic washed) To ensure that your child does not get cold during the session, the spa is warm. You may find it pleasant to wear light clothing or, for example, a cardigan or sleeves that can be easily rolled up. It is best to leave jewelry at home/off. Please bring: * Clean diaper * Pacifier * Cuddly toy (cloth), rattle, teething ring or other object that your child is familiar with * Extra food

What payment methods do you accept?
During the reservation process we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the reservation value or to provide a gift card number. In addition to cash and pin payments, we also accept the following payment methods: - Visa - Mastercard - American Express - UnionPay - Discover - Google Pay - Apple Pay - Caresse Babyspa gift card* *Caresse Babyspa is not responsible or liable for loss, theft, counterfeiting or misuse, in any form, of the gift card. Make sure you bring your gift card to your appointment. Without a gift card we cannot redeem it and the appointment must be paid for using another payment method.

What about hygiene?
After each session, the baths are cleaned with ecological cleaning agents and refilled with tap water. The water is purified and free of chlorine, soap, salt and chemicals. All textiles are replaced and the chests of drawers and other contact points are also thoroughly cleaned.

Is floating safe?
During the float sessions we use specially designed floating rings that are not inflatable. The floating rings are made of durable pearl foam which ensures the perfect buoyancy and makes deflation or leakage impossible. The inside of the band is also finished with skin-friendly elastic material to protect the baby's skin and the neck ring is equipped with a double closure including child lock. The floating ring is BPA free and safe according to the European standard.

How often do you need to come to see an effect?
Although most babies visibly enjoy and experience the benefits of massage and floating the first time, we are convinced that your baby will benefit more from regular visits to the baby spa. Your child needs about 2 to 3 visits before he/she gets used to the new stimuli. In addition, regular visits contribute to muscle development, motor skills and digestion and also promote blood circulation, breathing and the immune system.

What is the cancellation policy?
When making an appointment (after receiving the confirmation by email) your appointment is final and you agree to the general terms and conditions. Cancellation/rescheduling Up to 24 hours before the start: Free Between 24 and 12 hours before the start: You pay 50% of the reservation value After 12 hours before the start or in case of a 'no show': You pay 100% of the reservation value Cancellation or rescheduling can be done via: info@caressebabyspa.nl Late Make sure you are on time for your appointment. You have access to the spa 5 minutes before the start. If you are late for your appointment, we would appreciate it if you call us so that we are aware of this (Tel: 06-30781306). Please note that this time cannot be made up and therefore the fully booked session may not be carried out. The booked reservation amount remains applicable.

How can I exchange/return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days, provided it is still in its original condition - in the packaging, unworn and undamaged. Register your return via: info@caressebabyspa.nl stating 'return' followed by your invoice number. As a customer, you must pay the shipping costs of the return (only from you back to us). Please note: you are responsible for this shipping yourself. Packages with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your package with a track and trace code. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not arrived. Of course, it is also possible to return your item to the Babyspa (by appointment). The full purchase amount will be neatly refunded to your account within 14 days of receipt. Exchanging items is possible by appointment in the babyspa as long as stocks are available.
